About Dr. Kelly Goss
Many people come to therapy during times of transition, when something in life is shifting and the path forward feels uncertain. These moments can bring both opportunity and stress, and it’s common to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure how to move forward.
I work with adults and couples navigating these changes, helping them find clarity, build practical tools, and feel more grounded as they move into the next chapter of their lives.
Who I Work With
I support individuals and couples facing major life transitions such as marriage, becoming parents, career changes, relocation, and grief or loss. Many of my patients are thoughtful, high-achieving individuals who are used to functioning at a high level but find themselves feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck during periods of change.
I also work with adults experiencing executive functioning challenges, including procrastination, disorganization, and difficulty managing competing responsibilities, especially when demands increase or routines shift.
My Approach
My style is collaborative, thoughtful, and practical. Therapy with me is a space to explore both the deeper patterns shaping your experiences and the immediate challenges you’re facing.
Together, we work to better understand what’s happening while developing strategies to manage anxiety, reduce overwhelm, improve communication, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Working with Couples
In my work with couples, I focus on helping partners stay connected during times of change. Transitions such as marriage, becoming parents, or career pressures can place strain on even strong relationships. Therapy offers a space to strengthen communication, navigate differences, and build a shared approach to these changes.
